    A party pack includes the Party Sub with your choice of two sides and paper goods:
        select from potato salad, cole slaw, pasta salad, baked beans, or mac-n-cheese.

Hot Luncheons

  Lasagna
        Lasagna served hot with a tossed Italian style salad, fresh made garlic bread and paper goods. Minimum order = 12 people. Meatless lasagna is available.

    Bar-B-Que
        Pans of beef Bar-B-Que, buns, cole slaw, baked beans and paper goods. Minimum order = 12 people. 

    Fried Chicken
         Delicious Fried Chicken, two sides (potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans, pasta salad, or mac-n-cheese), butter bit rolls and paper goods. Your choice of two or three pieces of chicken per person. 

Cold Luncheons

    Deluxe Buffet
        Your choice of up to three meats and three cheeses, one side, garden items, breads, paper goods and condiments. Select from potato salad, cole slaw, pasta salad, baked beans, or mac-n-cheese.

         Meat and cheese arranged on professionally decorated trays.

   Sub Luncheon
        A variety of subs arranged on trays with one side and paper goods.

    Bite Size Subs
        A variety of mini subs with a garnished toothpick, arranged on trays.

    Finger Sandwiches
        A combination of ham, roast beef, turkey, american cheese, and swiss cheese on sandwich bread cut into small triangles and served on trays.

    Snack Trays
        Bite size pieces of salami, pepperoni, and a variety of cheeses with plenty of crackers.

    Vegetable Trays with Dip
        Fresh broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery and cucumbers with ranch party dip served on trays.
 
    Relish Trays
        green and black olives, dill spears, sweet midgets, carrot sticks, banana pappers or jalapenos served on trays.

    Fruit Trays with Dip
        Watermelon, cantalope, grapes, honeydew melon, pineapple, and strawberries served with a mashmallow cream cheese dip. Fruit is based on availability.
